How to make the transition to a Cup Sippy.?

I have a 10-month-old son and we are looking to him out of the bottle switch to a Sippy Cup. We have a cup that he was like and use. The problem is that if we put the formula in it ... he will not drink it. He will drink water from it, but not the formula. Even the water he drinks just alittle bit. Are there any Tips or suggestions about this transition? What worked for you ... and how long did it take? The doctor gave us the OK to start it with whole milk in weeks 2, iron is high enough be ... he does when we cry .. try his formula in the cup and I feel bad, and as the bottle. I probably should not be so fast.

My daughter is 7.5 months and just started with a Sippy Cup last week. She loves to drink her milk! The only reason why we bought it was because they would not keep their Bottle. We knew they could, they just do not have the ambition to do it. She likes the Sippy Cup a lot more and drink their milk out of it by himself. I would not worry too much . Experienced To be honest, if it holds a bottle and would happy to drink that anymore, but I was in his milk, water or juice it. As you said, just give him something Time.
